101 ways to zap

A simple Death by a Thousand Cuts deck really. A few nasty surprises in Power Shutdown and Heimdall 2.0. Every other card does damage of some sort so it would be able to whittle down the runners stack quite quickly. with Fetals and future perfects protecting themselves, the runner has 4 agendas which they can score relatively unscathed.

Shocks and snares protecting both HQ and R&D, kitsune to force the snares if they run it.

Black list to slow down shaper shapery and just other fun stuff.
