NEXT Meal

Bringing Foodcoats into the MWL world. Batty costs less influence than Caprice, and NEXT ice get stronger in a world with fewer parasites + clone chips (or a world where decks full of them are weaker in other areas). Fewer clone chips also makes program destruction more devastating. Rototurret makes a satisfactory Architect replacement - I kind of want them to parasite it so they have fewer parasites for NEXT ice, and they are less likely to be able to instant-parasite it.

I'm not sure about the last agenda. It should probably be Efficiency Committee, but since the deck otherwise lacks synergy with it, I wanted to try Mandatory Upgrades. It's especially interesting because once people figure out what you're doing, they will often just not run your remote to avoid Batty, and focus on centrals instead. Needs testing.
