There are a number of ways to set up the combo which is just some combination of Neurospike and Broad Daylight. Rashida Jaheem, Spin Doctor, and Project Atlas will let you find the pieces you need.
Most of my kills have come from 2- or 3-advanced Broad Daylight sitting on a Malapert Data Vault that gets scored (with a Seamless Launch, if necessary) then followed with a search for Neurospike with another one held in hand (or else fetched with a Project Atlas counter). You can sometimes let a 2- or 3-advanced Broad Daylight sit and it may look like a failed trap or an NGO Front. So anyway, on to the combo possibilities.
Four damage combo:
Five damage combo:
Six damage combo:
Other six damage combo:
Eight damage combo:
Alternately, if the above combos are out of reach, you can simply use Broad Daylight to guarantee a City Works Project score. Or you can just stress the runner into constantly drawing if you have enough Broad Daylight counters. And, you may be able to knock out their rig pieces from hand with damage. You may ultimately be able to set up a safe City Works Project score if they don't have cards in hand and/or cards in the stack.
Another alternate path is following a City Works Project steal with a couple Punitive Counterstrikes.
The downside of this deck is that you may want to power up your daylights by taking a lot of bad publicity which makes running a lot cheaper. However, the size of your ice is still pretty imposing even with a few extra credits per run.
