I don't think you're going to be to happy with the Anarch breakers unless you have a way of lowering the strength of ice. Charging them with Captain or Daeg might prove to be to slow. Unless you plan on pairing it with Rigging Up. I really like the idea though. It's a good fall back once the boat runs dry. Upya pairs well with Deep Dive. That might be a consideration too. You may consider running 1 Imp with the two remaining influence and cutting a Daily Casts. You have plenty of money running 3 Sure Gambles and 3 Creative Commissions while also running Rigging Up and Overclock. Your economy should be fine. Plus you have DJ Fenris that can pull a Steve Cambridge for recursion. I would flat out lose the Smartware Distributor honestly. That could very well be the second card slot for a second Deep Dive. If not Imp then two copies of Hunting Grounds. There are a fair few pieces of Ice that have disruptive when encountered effects that Hunting Grounds can prevent.
