So this is not extremely creative, but this is the strongest NBN deck I've played in a long time. So, I thought I'd share.

The idea here is simple: Tag and bag. It's so simple, in fact, that all of the influence is spent on three copies of a single card. HPT is that good.

Set up a remote as quickly as possible. It's ok to leave the centrals lightly protected. Money up and stack tagging cards into the remote. Jamming single cards into a 2-3 ice remote can wear down the runner's economy. At which time, you continue to pile on tags. A single tag can be lethal if the runner has too few cards or if you've got all three copies of HPT.
