DLR Andy

Standard DLR Andy I threw together as an example of what might be good if the new MWL hits. Not entirely sure about the breaker suite, and I may shift something around to slot a Plascrete or two incase the corp ever gets enough econ to Boom!

For those unfamiliar with the archetype, the gameplan is to keep the corp poor with Account Siphon, keep tags for a turn to activate Data Leak Reversal, and drop the tags at the end of the turn with Citadel Sanctuary. Depending on the opposition, you can turn on the gameplan before you get the Citadel Sanctuary out, but it's risky against NBN or Weyland.
