Pre-rotation decklist |
The following thought process is based on experiences up to about Data & Destiny. I took a hiatus from games in general for a good 6 months and haven't played this deck recently so it may fall apart to newer cards.
The idea for this deck came from thinking that if a corp has 30 credits he may as well have 100, but conversely a runner can always find uses for money. With this in mind I tried thinking of corp cards which can threaten the runner if the runner isn't interacting with them. At the time I couldn't think of anything (though this may have changed) so I decided to see if I can build a rig that essentially out moneys the corp and just pays its way out of trouble at every corner. I actually feel like this deck goes against the spirit of the game somewhat, nevertheless it performed reasonably well in my very small local scene.
Despite it's slow setup you are racing to get a multitude of cards in play as soon as possible. You always want The Supplier in your starting hand and ideally Professional Contacts, (failing either of these Sure Gamble and a Hostage would suffice). Drawing Logos early is also ideal.
Until the Corp has scored 3-4 Agenda points you don't care what they're doing in the slightest. Just keep dropping stuff onto The Supplier and digging through your deck with Professional Contacts. This helps keep Bagbiter in check as well as you fill your hand up with all your options. Once your rig is setup and you're facing servers that are 3/4/5 ICE deep you expose the servers to verify it's an agenda then pay everything off to get in there. Be it via breaking ICE or avoiding the damage/tags when letting it fire.
There are certainly weaknesses to this deck, fast advance/rush decks being the obvious one. It's primarily reliant on exposing and Inside Job at that point. With over a whole cycle's worth of new cards I'm just coming back to I'm looking to revise the deck further thought rotation will kill it off somewhat soon enough anyway.
Edit: I replaced my 2nd copy of NACH for 1x Aaron Marron, though not having played it like this the card is obviously amazing.
