Yeah probably better. Hiding 3/5's on the stations helps keep HQ safe. That's the rationale anyway.

Does Gagarin Deep Space: Expanding the Horizon force the runner to pay 1c per card accessed in a remote? If so, doubling up with upgrades (like Ash 2X3ZB9CY) seems like a good deal.
