Valencia Run Event Toolbox 0.1

The entire point of this deck is to heavily tax the corp with multiple central runs with related run events such as Account Siphon, Vamp, and Wanton Destruction, then when it comes time for the corp to try scoring either nab it with a Blackmail or Quest Completed run. Keyhole is another possible win condition. I know the 3 of Planned Assault may not sit well with some people, but I like the consistency of 3x Planned Assault 2x Account Siphon over 3x Account Siphon because of consistency, and because Planned Assault is much more than a siphon tutor in this deck. Steelskin is your only Scorched Earth defense, so don't pop it the moment you draw one. Keep one in hand and rely on Vigil for your card draw unless you need an answer that turn.

This is just a first pass, so there may be additions and cuts needed. Swap Parasite for Prepaid VoicePAD or the cutlery runs. Get a more normal breaker suite. Add Itinerant Protesters. This is just a first draft. Thoughts?
