"I'm on a boat" -T-Pain-
So what's the plan?
Simple. Corrode the runner's setup. Your ice is fairly porous and will let the runner through but hopefully doing some damage.
So how do you actually win?
Killing is boring but the option is there with Arson. What you actually want to do is quickly score a one-pointer and then let the runner take a (not two obviously) Vanity Project. Get the runner tagged and Exchange of Information.
Now you only need three more one-pointers to win!
The ID should let you see the runner's grip from time to time. Use this information and Salem, his boatride, Waiver and Invasion of Privacy to remove key cards be it econ, recursion, high influence splashes or breakers. Archer and Keegan Lane (from key&peele?) kills ai/fracters/killers in that order so you at worst can hard score a Vanity for the win.
The runner wants off. But the ride never ends.
