Trollin' ChiLo Citizens

This deck uses the more classic NBN approach of being a hybrid of both fast advance and scorch tactics due to the constant threat of tagging thanks to tracer ICE like Troll, Caduceus and Viper with ChiLo City Grid.

The objective is not to land a bajillion tags on the runner but to make them feel like if they're gonna take some they might as well take more so long as they get to hide behind their plascrete carapace. That's when the opportunity strikes for a Psychographics combo.

As a side note, I'm not too crazy about Market Research but I wanted to give it a chance in here since it really got the shaft during the spin cycle being released JUST before NAPD Contract and thought this build would help me revisit it.
