Brush my teeth with a bottle of Martian Dreamwine
This is for all the Rook lovers. Between Deep Red and MemStrips it is easy to have enough spare MU to trigger Data Folding and get plenty of tokens for Overmind. Unlike some other overmind-based decks, though, you will also be able to load the board with cool support programs.
Rook is of course the star player here. It really makes it a hard call if the corp should rez or not. Yeah, you could protect your rnd for one turn but is it worth going bankrupt over? Getting an early rook is gold because it unlocks a lot of fast aggression.
One of the weak things about the chess pieces is they are open to getting trashed easily when the corp overwrites ICE. This isn't that bad for a couple reasons. First: we have Pawn to recover chess bits. Second: even though getting our programs trashed blows, it gives us more MU to load Overmind with. Plus, I consider it a win if the corp trashes their own ICE, it's like having more Parasite.
Of course Blue Sun is a challenge. Any rezzed ICE with a parasite, knight, rook, or pawn on it can just be scooped up. It's tricky, but you can maneuver things to avoid the Blue Sun ability. You also have to be tricky yourself. Every time Blue Sun does their ability on ICE and reinstalls it, it's like they're derezzing it. This means that you can force another marked-up rez or even use your knowledge to run only when they can't afford their curtain wall or whatever.
Probably not a tier one deck, but it's pretty fun to play.

I stuck Day job in one of my other Reina Decks and I don't really dig it. With Reina I really want to run every turn if I can. The reason I like Data folding and Daily casts here is the clickless economy. |

This looks like a great update for Reina that eschews Tag-Me in a post-O&C Weyland-heavy meta. Nice job. |
As Reina is permanent pet project in this lovely game, I like the idea you've got here. I've always found that she struggles with money--what are your thoughts on going a bit slower and adding Day Job to the mix?
