The heavy card draw is there to get to the workhorses of the deck and then mill like mad.
A good starting hand is anything with strong card draw.
Use the decks economy to savoir virus cards out quicker, then feed them to the Salvager/Pawnshop.
Once fully set up you can expect to draw 3 cards, gain 4+ credits profit, and mill up to 4-6 cards a turn.
Hades shard for the win / Crypsis if the shard has been burnt.
Probably more of a gimmick deck, but it'll drive my girlfriend mad :D

Hopefully I'm not putting words in the deckbuilder's mouth with this. The deck contains a resource called Hades Shard, which allows you to access all cards in Archives when you trash it. A run is not necessary. Thus, the plan is to continuously trash cards from R&D through Noise's ability through drawing viruses, trashing them with Aesop's Pawnshop and Salvager and retrieving them from the heap (using Déjà Vu or Levy AR Lab Access). Once the Archives have a bunch of cards in them, use Hades Shard to access them all at once and hopefully nab enough agendas to win. As you can see, running isn't listed in the deck's plan. A lot of ICE on Archives would thus accomplish little, and punishing assets/upgrades would generally not trigger as they wouldn't get run upon. |

Chaotick got it perfect. Hades shard means you don't have to run. You can just install the shard and trash to access, with the added benefit of not giving the corp a window to Jackson agendas out the trash. And as most assets punish during a run, you can get away with sitting back for the most part. The main weaknesses this deck has at the moment would be either Cerebral static or accounting. Crypsis is there mostly as insurance for when Mr. Shit and Mr. Fan are making friends. |

Only 11 viruses in here, and that's IF you draw them all, and that's 22 with Levy IF you draw them all twice. Add 6 DejaVu and that's 34 total mills possible by this deck assuming miraculous draws and zero pressure slow playing by the corp-what I'm getting at is you need more viruses. The SF is a cool idea but with inject you are chancing that you pitch a virus, and with no recursion I just think more viruses would be better suited for the deck. Scheherezade is unnecessary imo because aesops cache is enough to pilot the deck, that could let you fit more in. |

Your numbers are a little off. Crypsis is also a virus, so that's 12 mills, plus 6 for deja and 3 for uninstall, for a total of 21 (not counting same old thing, which we'll assume is kept for insurance). Once you've done that, you drop the lab access. that's another 23 potential mills (using the same old thing for another deja vu this time). Giving a potential 44 mills out of a corps 49 card deck. Of course the deck will never get that, but I think it's worth using the injects early game in order to get everything up and running, and discarding them as chaff after that. Though I might be wrong and testing may result in changes, but at the moment I think this is the fastest milling deck I can put together. |

Sorry I still don't understand, how do you get the corp to put the agendas in Archives? If its expensive to run, only crypts breaker, how do you steal the installed agendas? I must be missing how you get cards into archives because then it could make a lot of sense. |

well you simply don't, you hope that you mill 7 agenda points and then you use Hades Shard to acces at all the archives and win the game (for the new players you can't use Jackson Howard when the runner install and use the shard cause he has the priority) i personally dislike this type of Noise being a Noise player myself because it's pure luck based and, most of the times, the corp gets a field day once he realize what is up against. |

Then you can use the hades shard as described by No idea if it's a competitive deck, I only really play for fun and find decks like this entertaining. |

Thats what I was missing. I didn't look at Noise: Hacker Extraordinaire's ability. Thank you. |

What if the ice up Archives like crazy? How do you stop assets/upgrades that punish the Runner? Just learning the game. Thanks.
