Inspired from http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/8847/nisei-scorch- , but trying to go fully on the never advance & #Cerebral Cast paths.
A bit of ICE had to be cut, as well as the Sea Source & one Scorch. Scorch can be used twice in a row with an Archived Memory, but not on the same turn that you use Cerebral Cast. Useful though to blow up a plascrete and keep the threat running so that the runner choosing the tag rather than the brain would always be a bad idea.

I suppose you play this variant as always advance (IIA). Don't you have any issue with money? Your ICE is on average more expensive and a sentry + Inazuma combo, while awesome, will fall to parasite. Reclamation Order seems to make sense as well but Archived Memories might be more flexible (and quicker, you don't need to wait to use 2 or 3 events before reccuring). In any case this seems pretty fun, and need some plays. |
So the funny thing is, I spent 27 reivions on basically this deck idea, nisei swap was like 24 before going back to PE. I just posted the Nisei one to show off a functional Nisei build. Here is the last list of the PE version I worked with
