Why isn't this in Seidr?

Money is good. This could totally be in Seidr with minimal changes, and I intend to test it in that deck. Seems like getting back economy operations and defensive upgrades would be awesome.

Why Sweeps Week?

We had a ton of extra influence. Plus, @rwknoll loves burst econ. An alternate econ package would be:

• -3 Sweeps
• -3 Restructure
• +3 BBG
• +2 Eve
• +1 Friends

The BBGs would be great with the defensive upgrades. This would slow down your deck a lot, of course.
