If there's an agenda in a remote server during the runner's turn, you're doing it wrong.
Gila, Merger and Project V all require only 3 advancements to score them. You can use your ID to install an agenda and Calibration Testing in a single click, allowing you to score the agenda that turn. Or you can fast advance the old fashioned way with Biotic Labor.
Bioroid Work Crew is there so that you can play Fast Track without spending a click. This means that the agenda you're scoring doesn't even need to be in your hand the turn you want to score it. (In theory, it could also be used with 2 other fast advance tools to score an Ikawah Project from hand).
CVS lets you destroy Clot without spending a click. The normal thing to do would be to have it installed in advance in the root of HQ or R&D, but there is an even better option: assuming you don't need your ID ability for Calibration this turn, you can use it to install CVS on the same click you install the agenda.
Breaker Bay Grid can help you take advantage of your ID ability when installing 'Campaign' assets (or you could use the ability to ice your money server), and if it gets left on the table, it can let you rez CVS and Calibration for free while you're fast advancing.
Miraju is mainly for protecting HQ, for those times when they Legwork you while Ikawah is in your hand, just shuffle it back into R&D. But you can install it on R&D if you suspect Indexing is coming.
All other cards are here to give you money or slow the runner down.

There's no room for it. This deck is already light on ice to make room for credits, and it's easy enough for the runner to Makers Eye on click 1, steal an agenda and destroy your current |
