I'm going back to bed, but here's a quick idea of what I was talking about in your CB: over advance concept. I think this has a more consistent economy and ways to advance even with EFF comms no advance action requirement. The biggest problem is filling out the INF. This is probably better off as HB: EtF actually.

If you want them to worry about tags, gonna need something to kill with tags.

In general, data ravens are EtR ICE until the runner is making a big push for the win. At the least it might make them burn 2c and a click getting rid of the tag. I can always trash resources. In any case, data ravens are not optimal in this deck, which is why I think this build should actually go into HB:EtF since there's not enough good ICE to use the remainder of your inf on. I'll be play testing this concept over the next 2 weeks. I think it can be consistent and run OK on low money. I'd like to get some shipment from mirror morph in here so I can SfMM 2-3 agendas into play and SfSS/SfK them all in one turn with an already scored EFF comm.
