NBN TWIY* Rushing the Accelerated Shutdown

Even if the deck incorporate the Power Shutdown/Accelerated Diagnostic combo, this is mainly a run to the mill NBN Rush/Fast-ad deck. It plays a lot of cheap ETR ICE, some light Econ and enough Rig destruction to let you rush your early Astroscript/Beale behind your ice. As expected, Power Shutdown is clearly the super-star in this deck. It got two purposes: Trashing those pesky early corroder/mimic/faerie/datasucker/SMC/Clone Chip and when the deck is at match point (either 3 with an astroscript token or 4 without), enable the Power Shutdown/Accelerated/Shipment from Sansan into 4 (or 3) points combo.

What could be improved: - I would probably swap the 3 Wall of Static for Wraparound when the card is out. - I don't really think 3 Sansan are necessary (2 seems to be enough) but I don't have any clues on what I should add instead (maybe a Closed Account?)
