GRNDL: Remote Mining Operations.

This deck is meant to tax the runner's breakers. Morph ice on HQ and R&D and then hold off on remotes until Off the Grid comes up. Docklands Crackdown compliments Power Shutdown and the Destroyers. Will of the Wisp is to handle AI breakers or whatever program is hardest to get rid of on if they make a successful run.
