Fairly straight forward. Always have more money than the Runner, Use that money to pump up Ice Wall and Swarm to keep them out if needed. And balance the amount of Bad Pubs with Witness Tampering if the Runner is making too much use of the free credits. The ability to raise multiple high cost ICE early in the game allows a certain amount of freedom to build the remotes. Limited kill potential with Shinobi and Scorched Earth (grants two different types of damage to utilize.) Ireress, Swarm and Caduceus keep the Runner broke while you limit their options.

Just wondering--how are you tagging the runner to land the Scorched Earth? Since you are at 21 agenda points, you might use Posted Bounty in place of one of the Geothermals.

My first thought was Account Siphon is used pretty heavily, and with the large amount of credits this build makes, it makes it too much of a temptation for a Runner to utilize it, but you maybe right. An alternate method to tag the runner could be needed.
