Prepaid Cutlery v0.1

My first go at the new Anarch PPVP economy, as outlined in the awesome Stimhack.com article. Basically an excuse to try a bunch of the new options. PPVP economy is awesome. Box-E supports all your draw. Eater + Keyhole/Wanton/Hades is your man strat. Singularity can get you in remotes in a pinch. Cutlery keeps ICE levels low. The reason I've chosen Reina is twofold. 1) My Reina love will never die. 2) With this much ICE destruction, her ability should help. Quetzal is honestly probably a better option. Maybe even Valencia.
