Paintbrush Quetzal

Main target is to get Painbrush. Paintbrush allows you to: 1. Use cutelry more effectively 2. E3 + your ability for cheap running (and utilising cutelry ;) ) [note that its still barrier so you can break it] Rest is basically economy + draw. Also PPVP works well with cutelry and gives you some econ boost with econ events. Kati for money. Inject for draws (note that it's good to cast it AFTER you get your paintbrush or you have retrival run). Vigil for occasional card draw.
