Sacrificial Construct + Clone Chip/Scavenge for drawing power. Since you buy so much using heap cards, changed PC for MO.

Sadly you cannot use Sacrificial Construct to stop Clone Chips from trashing if you want the effects to happen. They actually talked about that in the last FAQ
