Who put a store in the library?

I loved the idea when I saw it, mostly because I love silly decks. The main strategy is pretty straight forward. Set-up as quickly as possible and then use some combination of Overmind and Femme to run R&D twice with two mediums, before picking your breakers back up.

Rule 1: Mulligan for Supplier. Unless you have your first two turns setup using carrier fair with econ and draw, you need the boost from supplier to get things out of your hand and the drip econ to start running.

Rule 2: If your opening hand has any combination of 2 or more programs, you should think about dropping it, unless the rest of the hand has too strong of a start. You want to be able to minimize the space in your hand dedicated to programs. This also helps prevent random damage from keeping you from being able to recover from the losing tools.

When it comes to installing programs, use your best judgment. Don't be afraid to install Overmind if it will get you a score, or get rid of a SanSan. Putting a Femme on permanent Tollbooth duty isn't a bad idea either, especially if it is on R&D. (Note, do not attempt against Blue Sun, unless it gets you into a remote for agenda points.)

I do not feel the need for a 3rd London Library. With the amount that we plan on drawing, you are going to see one by the time you have the parts to use with it. So instead of a third Library, I thought, "What costs 2 influence that would help this deck?" The answer came quickly to one of the most painful events I have seen played from drip economy decks. Vamp.

This is really the power card of the deck. Someone makes a 4 ice deep server? Use a single Femme to run HQ for the first time on a Vamp run. Then Doppleganger over into the remote with time to spare for removing the tag. Depending on your setup, you may need an Overmind.

For my other influence- Feedback Filter keeps your breakers in hand from Snare!'s, Ronins, and Neural EMPs, while also preventing a crippling blow from a Cerebral Overwriter if necessary. (Although Vamp can protect from that as well.) Clone Chip is a staple one-of in all of my Criminal decks. Blue has no in-faction recursion if something goes wrong and Clone Chip allows you to cycle Overmind mid-run if necessary. Remember, you should have a spare somewhere, Same Old Thing the vamp if it is what you need to do to secure things.

Obvious weakness to FA, but still a fun deck to pilot.
