This is different method of tag punishment. With Tagstorm being effectively out due to Film Critic, the entire (attempted) goal of this deck is to get them tagged and then punish them in ways other than scorching them to death.

Keegan Lane is the MVP of this deck (assuming my understanding of Manhunt is correct)

Namely:

--> Runner runs server --> Encounters / Breaks ICE --> Commits to access --> Manhunt fires

Its almost like an in faction Marcus Batty (but better, because no PSI games involved).
