This is a deck based primarily around hitting the runner with some brain damage while making it extremely painful to run anywhere. Ive been playing around with it and find it extremely fun to watch the runner squirm over whether or not to run. Subliminal messaging is a great kick in the pants to make careful runners make bad choices.
