Eli is a great piece of ice, no question, but given your game plan, wouldn't walls of static be better?

@sruman Great point! I do need a mix of taxing ICE (for centrals) and binary ETRs (Wrappy, Enigma) for scoring. If I get R&D locked and have all my Keegans trashed, Wall of Static doesn't look that good!
