Bank Snoop Killer

Whiles 1

Hello, there! This is my first attempt at making an original deck. I got the idea from NBN Snoop/Neural EMP decks, but adapted it to Weyland. The main actors here are Snoop (obviously) to scan the runner's hand, Invasion of Privacy to pare it down, and either Punitive Counterstrike or Contract Killer to finish the job. Use Housekeeping to keep the pressure on, and Checkpoints to deter runs. Liz and Witness Tampering help with the bad pub. Let me know what you all think!

Looks really funny! On one hand, Helium-3 could be very strong here, on the other hand it still requires a counter on Snoop in the first place - which to my experience is quite difficult because the trace is so low.

@aermet69 Funny "ha-ha," or funny "ho-ho?" :p

Yeah, but I included He-3 in case I was able to land at least one trace. The Wormholes can also be used to increase trace frequency. Hopefully, the economy here is sufficient to land at least one. I was considering cutting maybe one Invasion to fit in Rutherford Grid or Primary Transmission Dish...

Rutherford Grid only works during a run so I'd say Primary Transmission Dish is the right call. You can rez it right before you play an Invasion of Privacy + Punitive Counterstrike combo for a clean kill.

I think you want 3x Atlas. It's such a good agenda in Titan. I'd probably drop the Geothermal Fracking (bad pub in a trace deck is hard to work with) and cut Witness Tampering. Then your only bad pub source is Checkpoint, and you could replace a Contract Killer with a Tech Startup which gives you a tutoring option for Elizabeth Mills, and also can be used to fetch and trigger a Contract Killer in the same turn. Or maybe cut Checkpoint entirely and then you don't need bad pub removal at all.

I think you need more money though. Maybe cut an Invasion of Privacy (you can Atlas for it) and the Interns to squeeze in more money cards. Your ice is pretty big and traces are only scary if you're rich.

Thank you @FarCryFromHuman. I'll consider adding the Dish to help the trace economy.

You make some really good points, @Corence. I hadn't even thought of Tech Startup. Money is one of the concerns of this deck, but I like the Interns to fetch back trashed Killers and Execs.

Hostile Takeover is stupid good in Titan as well. You could cut the Geothermal Fracking and run two of them, possibly dropping one Contract Killer. Other than that...man. Cool jank. I love the Invasion/Punitive combo. Just feels thematic.
