My advice:

-2 Diesel +2 modded.

With Andy usually you have to deal with your first hand and it can be tricky because you "have" to use 4 cards with 4 clics and 5 creds. Yes, you have your sure gambles and easy marks. But Modded allows you to instal for free your desperado, or crypsis and make a run with the bank job you've just installed.

Also, you don need the e3 feedback implants since all you have already break subroutines for 1 cred. E3 is for when you use other ways (or more expensive ways) to break subs. So even if you use it with biorroids it doesn't justify the 3 copies. Maybe I'd use a HQ Interference.
