Big operation economy, lot of ambushes(no one doubles), lot of meat damage, lot of scary ICEs. If you can't protect agendas from runner - just hide it into R'n'D, advance ambushes. Runner don't run on your ambush? Just sell it! And advance agenda. Every turn you must advance something. First card for advance must be ambush - runner will steal it after first-second advance token, but next time he will think twice - and you will have window for scoring agenda. Or advance another ambush! And sell it with 5-10 advance tokens. If you play against slow(lategame) runner - score Cleaners. And Checkpoints, Contract Killers will be the real nightmare for your enemy. And advance. Advance every turn!

I do not think that Data Raven as your only tagging strategy will work. Against Weyland runners will not keep those tags.

The main purpose - bounce runners out. The strategy - is protect R'n'D with Data Ravens. If runner win the lottery and get Snare! - he will have 2 tags except one. I burn out lot of R'n'D diggers, using Data Raven + Snare! combo.
