I can see the lure of Casting Call in a deck like this, but honestly a couple Ash might go further.

@Saan Very good point. I will test it out, but I'll admit that overadvancing an atlas in one click with Casting Call feels great.

I was looking for a build like this on NRDB as it's a good catch on CTZ_Undefeated in Weyland. Can you report more on it? I am wondering how many matches you won and if you did some changes on it.

@Exo After discussion with some friends I modified it quite a bit, dropping to 1 casting call as it is more often than not only used to close the game out. I also changed the agenda suite dropping the Government Takeover in favor of two GFI. I know that I also put a couple of Daily Business Shows to find your pieces since your R&D is pretty diluted from the constant Museum of History. If I recall correctly I also changed the barriers, putting some Hadrian's Walls since money is no object in this deck if you get going.

All in all, I'll say that this is a pretty bad deck in the current meta if you play against a good player. I found that I would crush on the casual tab on jinteki, as is usual, but there is a lot of asset hate currently and Gagarin does not benefit enough from the clicks wasted by the runner on trashing things. In comparison with NEH that can utilize this wasted time by the runner to find ICE and Biotic Labor, Gagarin just kinda fizzles out if you get a bad start and the runner gets to trash all your assets pretty cheaply with the likes of Scrubber, Paricia and Desperado.

And even if the deck gets going, the ICE suite is so sub-par, the only piece really worth it being Tour Guide, that you will most of the time lose on R&D accesses against shapers and anarchs.

Nonetheless, I did have a lot of fun playing this deck, and you can get some pretty hard locks on the runner, endlessly recurring reversed accounts while fast advancing agendas and dodging Clot because it's all in the same ability window.

So yeah, if your meta does not respect asset spam enough, you will drink their delicious salty tears as you make godly amounts of money, take their money away from them and fast advance agendas endlessly recurring what they just trashed. If your meta is prepared for asset spam however, be prepared to fight an uphill battle.

Thanks a lot for the response, you clarified the deck very well. :)
