3 May 2016 tempmentalmonk `@asteriskreaper`because of the interaction with grail and twins, a surprise merlin can hit a runner for 8 damage if the runner came without a decoder, rather than a killer. Janus is there, and Vikram allows the runner to get by with clicks or money.
