I'm not sure that Surveillance Sweep does much here. It's good with a Data Raven that the runner wants to run through, but that's kinda it. The other ICE here I'm not sure the runner would want to pay the trace on anyhow. Maybe it does something with Resistor if they wanted to pay 4 credits to get past it for some reason, but I think most times they're just waiting for their Fracter to break it anyhow (or just Parasite it down).
