I don't really know how to describe the deck, I had a few restrictions in mind when I built the deck:

1. I wanted a stealth deck.
2. I wanted all of the economy options I could get at
3. I needed to have some amount of multi access

The result is this really janky looking congress deck. Day Job & Lucky Find are the burst econ for making sure you can install things or recover from an install. The breakers kind of fell into place to support the clickless drip. You want link, so running a cloud breaker makes sense and that gets you underworld. And toolbox offsets (a bit) the fact that zu has to deal with some crap now. Beth is drip #7 and net mercur is run drip. Cloak & the ID ability are another kind of drip. So, you're looking at about 12 credits some of which are stealth that give you value each turn.

You're never poor with this deck, but you sometimes have trouble finding breakers. We all pay a price, I suppose. Deck probably doesn't like net damage, but just don't play against those decks, they aren't much fun anyways...
