2nd Place SC - I Didn't Know What To Play, So I Played Haarp

I made this the morning of, but it did very well. It's clearly based off the Dallas Haarp deck. It's a shame no one is playing this ID anymore, but at the same time, it means people don't have the proper tech. 2nd Seed and Second place at the X-Planet Store Champs in Mississauga.

Changes I would make: -1 Stock Buy-Back -1 Fast Track -1 Enigma +1 Voter Intimidation +1 24/7 News Cycle +1 Wraparound

Voter Intimidation flat-out wins games because everyone is on Aaron Marron. The Toronto meta is brutal, so I'm glad Haarp did alright.
