Aaron Marron Is Dumb (1st Place Sarasota SC)

Won a small but competitive SC this weekend with this Andromeda deck. In my previous SC's this year I had been playing Reg MaxX and was starting to have a rough time with it (sad face). So I decided to press the easy button and play Andy, who feels to me like the strongest runner in the meta currently.

If I was going to not be playing the ID I wanted to play most, I was still going to make potentially poor deckbuilding decisions based on the things I wanted to play. I legitimately made sure I had two Datasucker in the deck because I recently acquired two alternate art Datasuckers and wanted to use them. This dropped my fracter from Paperclip to Corroder, which was totally fine and I feel like it's a very valid option to save influence in Andy.

Emergency Shutdown isn't always the best card but it is fun to play. I know that people think it's crazy to not play Career Fair in Andy, but I find that economy isn't much of an issue, and prefer to save those deck spots for tricks like Inside Job and Emergency Shutdown.

Was convinced by a friend to put Vamadeva in the deck as CI tech, didn't play against CI, so it didn't do anything, and I wish it had been something else. Although if I didn't have it and played against CI, I suppose I would have wanted one.
