I've never made an NBN deck before. Here's an NBN deck built around tag + bag I guess. I have literally no idea how it plays. Probably the most interesting thing about it is the name. I hope you like it.

yeah, having never used snoop before (or really got into analogue ice generally) i figured i'd give it a shot, but i think you're right. data hound seems interesting too but not, like, amazing, so idk. |
snoop is bad, its only close to okay with chilo, I'd swap the 2 punitive for 2 power grid overloads or more aggnegs
