Saw an interesting Idea from a friend, a HB Taxing Deck that removes the Clicks from the runner. At one point I was down to 2 Clicks a turn with ELP but He wasn't able to turn it into his Advantage.

This is my attempt to mix a Mind Screw with Mushin's and Overwriters, to try and take advantage of the lack of Runner options.

This Untested but will be on Thursday. Ideas welcome!
