After some false starts with CTM and a resistance to CI, I mentioned to ATL player @thesubatomic that I kind of just wanted to play Punitive Obokata. He then sent me this list, which I decided to just take as-is. It was really fun.

It's a pretty standard game plan. Try to rush a Nisei, or score Obokatas behind ice that taxes their hand. If you can get a Nisei counter, you are basically invincible.
