Very heavily inspired by marsellus' Belgian list, so all props to him. I made a couple of minor tweaks.
Why "Fishy"? Three herrings, 2 SEA, plus the look of suspicion on the Runner's face when you install a fourth card in the remote.
3x Red Herrings, 3x MVT. These upgrades make it super annoying to steal agendas from behind Tollbooth, and make it hard to determine if I've added more upgrades to the remote or a 3-advancement agenda.
2x AR, 2x QPM because they're both good and I'm afraid to make a choice. Possibly minor mind-game benefits, who knows?
SEA Source is clutch, especially against Misdirection shapers. Drag them through the remote until you're level or better on money, then SEA Source into EOI or a brutal ASI.
Went 3-2 at Brighton SC. Beat an Apex thanks to good cards. Shout out to Architect on R&D that helped me through an Apoc. Beat a Wilfy Hayley thanks to SEA Source -> ASI away eight resources including 3x SacCon, followed by purging away TapWrm on the following turn. Beat a Valencia that couldn't keep up, lost to a Valencia that could, and lost to a Frantic Opus Maxx. Anarchs, man. Mining Accident is the worst, never take the bad pub.

Thx for the shoutout! I've tweaked my Belgian List (which itself is tweak of thebigboys Worlds list) a little further, but still based on the same principles. I think a list will be published today that is basically my newest version. Added 3x Prisec ! Makes the upgrade game A LOT worse for the runner. I also went +1 AR-Enhanced Security - but dropped the QPMs for The Future Is Now - go Find that SIngleton ALl-Seeing-I. Dropped HHN altogether and still think about what card to cut for Psychographics :) (prolly the 3rd raven that is currently in my list)
