Back to basics NEH

Not quite the NEH decks from the old days with the Agenda train, and still a work in progress. However Jumping between the Shell came with the Assets and Blasting people away with a well placed BOOM! has helped me score a few crucial victories.

If the biggest weakness is getting tags to stick than keeping them busy with those while you play a shell game of whats a trap whats an agenda has helped.

Still need some work in the shell game aspect but its definitely Progressing.
