Pinchy Petes pilfering service

This is a slightly tweaked version of the 1st place deck at US Nats, which I have undoubtedly made worse. I struggled to find some cards when getting ready to travel to Preston and Manchester regionals, and thus had to make changes based on that.

The deck performed well enough over the weekend, and went 6-6 across the games I played and I narrowly missed the cut at Manchester after being rudely swept by a fellow team Edinburgh member in the final round.
