Duel Deck: Digital Epidemiology

The basic pre-upgrade Anarch. I am afraid it is slightly more potent than the average runner deck due to the sheer power of the cards included, but I hope the no-splash houserule will keep anarch in check.

I haven't played this one much and I don't have a lot of feedback on it either. I think it will need a slight powerup and at a glance the economy seems to be fucked beyond belief.
