Doofus Val (2nd Place, Redcap's SC)

This deck took second at the Redcap's SC, going 3-3 on the day:

• Win against Argus
• Win against Mti
• Loss against Argus
• Win against Mti
• Loss against Argus
• Loss against Argus

Clearly, do not play this deck against Argus.

This deck has some real liabilities (e.g. finding Corroder, not enough econ) and was built 6AM the day of the tournament. However, it can pull off cool tricks like EStrike->Doof against Mti, using cutlery to force Border Control uses (or just Knifing/Hippo-ing them), and just plain ol' Val goodstuff. With enough ice destruction, it's not impossible to tear down the remote to the point that scoring is out of the question, then just mash HQ until points fall out.
