Oracle Mayfly

Derived from x3r0h0ur's "Faerush Paintbrush Rush", except I've scrapped ProCons for Oracle May / Motivation. I've also fudged with the quantities of certain cards and put Diesels in, because I just love Diesel-ing through a 40-card deck way too much.

The idea here is draw like a maniac until you get your Oracle May combo down, at which point you click that once a turn and spend the rest of the turn rushing/painting/Indexing/causing anarchy.

I like the idea of this better than the idea of the ProCons-based economy just because that 5 credit install cost hurts so much, and because clicking Oracle May once a turn squeezes more money out of the deck.

I like it, but I feel that without procon you're choosing between econ and credits too often, feels low on bucks. I've used motivation+may before and it's pretty strong, so maybe that is good enough. I'll try it out. I think this archetype is very strong in the current meta, as I probably said before.

Yeah, I'd like to find room for a few more burst/drip economy cards, if possible, but deck space seems pretty tight.

At the end of the day, Oracle May is marginally better than clicking ProCons once, roughly equivalent to clicking ProCons twice (Oracle may plus drawing a card), and is categorically worse than clicking ProCons three or four times.

If I don't find myself wishing I could take many triple/quadruple ProCons turns, then I think the Oracle May combo is preferrable. I think some playtesting is in order.

After some playtesting, I find myself really wanting to go back to big rig. When this deck misfires, it's just game over. It runs broke, and can't deal with any ICE. When it fires, it's quick and effective, but I'd like more consistency.

I think there's definitely a right way to do CT Faerie recursion with Oracle May, but this isn't quite there.
