The intent is to have assets that cost the runner more to deal with (in terms of clicks and cost) than the corp had to pay to put them out. Drafter helps with this as does Fast Break and to a lesser degree Lateral Growth but the Corp identity is really key. There is a bit of a problem with high install costs as the cheap ice build up and using ice that trash when they resolve is supposed to help with that. There is also a lack of any capacity to control a runners assets. Damage is an alternative way to win and helped along by Self-Destruct Chips.
