noPE + diviner (11th @ Vancouver CO)

Taken directly from MrBuggle's noPE list but swaps out Otoroshi for Diviner. I found the advancement tokens from Otoroshi to be too situational, and a 3 credit tax to not be enough of a deterrent to centrals pressure. Diviner either forces the runner to find their code gate breaker, or does valuable damage with ETR potential.

Went 2-1 in Swiss, but the dropped game was to the current world champion, so I'll give the deck some slack there ;)
