[Startup] Run Ken, Run

• Can Ken still make runs without his bike ?
• Yes he can.

This is a very straightforward, Run Events based deck, using the low influence of most breakers from SG to have a low economy on each piece of ICE you encounter and use the added value from different sources of income to just go wherever you fancy.

Mid game plan is to have every breaker installed except for Revolver (Echelon is better most of the time at 5 strength). Most of the turns should click to draw 2 then 3 runs.
