This is a tweaked version of Diogene's deck that I took to my first ever tournament. I went 2-2 on the day and I manage to come 4th, which was way better than I hoped!
The deck plays a shell game, relying on the cost of stealing agendas and other nasties in the deck to slow the runner down. The ice is mainly there to make the runner get their breakers out and disincentivise running centrals too much.
The plan is to try and score out, while hoping the runner does something rash along the way that you can flatline them with. You should aim to get 2 core damage as soon as you can as this puts a lot of pressure on the runner as you can score Ontological from hand and can be got with End of the Line (if they don't have anything that increases hand size).
It's fun but quite brittle. If the runner steals a couple of Ontologicals early and plays carefully it's very hard to win. I think I'd add a single Biotic Labour in the future to give some more options to close out games, hoping to either draw it or use Gaslight to fetch.
Thanks to Baa Ram Wu for organising and all the players for making it such a friendly day.

Congratulation for making it to 4th place. I totally agree with you about adding a Biotic Labor. Cheers! |
Yeah was a great day of Netrunner… I need to try Thule… I struggled playing against it haha!
