This is my version of the deck originally proposed by @db0. I think fast track is quite a nice addition: give your opponent a pile of tags he cannot get rid of and, the turn after, fast track, install and score with Psychographics. I reconfigured the ICE to be as taxing as possible and included Ash to score 4 point agendas in the traditional way.

I think DR is more fitting, especially for the influence. Runners, once midseasoned will plow through DR saving you bucks on the initial Midseason trace.

Interesting econ, I'd include Thomas Haas as a 1-2 of since...ya know...dollars.
